#CatalystImpact – Clemiran Samkelo Adrian Madolla
Name: Clemiran Samkelo Adrian Madolla
Programme: Catalyst
Area: Britstown, Northern Cape
Clemiran Samkelo Adrian Madolla, was born on the 30th April 1996 in a small town called Queenstown, Eastern Cape. He moved to Britstown, Northern Cape in 2019 when he was to start his Primary School. He has obtained a degree: BA in Management & Development at NWU (Potchefstroom), and in 2020 he obtained a certificate in Graphic Design at Boston City Campus & Business College.
After graduating from Boston, it took him almost a whole year to get his first job as a temporary junior Graphic Designer at Mmabatho Jetline. Fast forward to 2022 he joined the enke Catalyst Program. His main goal is to be independent, and he believes that enke is going to be his stepping stone.
Before joining the Catalyst Program, he had almost lost hope. His daily routines of waking up and not having anything to do were depressing him that he lost his sense of self-worth and purpose, although he had dreams in his archives. He believes joining the program is his turning point. The quality of knowledge that enke offers would place a lot of young entrepreneurs ahead of the game and make his dreams a reality.
In the past months in the program, he had learnt more than what he had learned in University for 2 semesters. What they teach at enke could be considered real world experience. It touches on the education side of life and the working environment. There are things that have changed in his routines since being in the program, which include: time management skills that improved; his confidence skills sky-rocketed; leadership skills were polished; and his communication skills improved as well.
He learned that within a team/unit there can be conflicts, that things won’t always go his way, but the key factor is communication can resolve some of the problems. That is the one thing he will forever cherish. Thus, he would recommend most youth to join enke Catalyst Program to prepare themselves for the working environment and to further their studies.
