LEADERSHIP UPDATE – APRIL 2025
As of April 2025, Xolile Charmaine Zondi has stepped down from her role as Chief Executive Officer of enke: Make Your Mark. This decision was reached through a mutual agreement between Xolile and the Board of Directors.
We would like to thank Xolile for her efforts during a time of transition and broader challenges facing the civil society and social impact space, and we acknowledge her contributions to building partnerships and navigating external engagement.
During this leadership transition, the Board Chairperson, Kgomotso Mufamadi, has assumed the role of Interim CEO. She is supported in this role by board member and former CEO, Rufaro Mudimu, who is providing strategic support. Together with the enke team, they are focused on maintaining continuity in our programmes and operations.
Our mission to support young leaders and drive positive change remains at the heart of our work. We appreciate the continued support of our community and stakeholders during this time.
