SPECIAL PROJECTS

Our Special Projects are strategic initiatives that align with our mission and goals, but are outside of the scope of our core programs. We partner with individuals, companies and organisations to co-create and/or implement new and experimental projects and activities aligned with our impact goals.

Through enke Special Projects we are able to:

• Grow our impact: through these bespoke projects we are able to extend our reach beyond our core programs.
• Test for innovation: Our special projects enable us to run tests and to try new methods before infusing these into our main programs and vice versa. We have been able to show that elements of our programs can be implemented in different configurations to achieve defined outcomes.
• Contribute to the youth development ecosystem: Special project work continues to help us create mutually beneficial collaborative spaces and extend our impact.
